This past week...

Okay, I’m back for the 170^th post of my blog. And just like that, a week has passed but I’m still not done with my exams. 3 down, 3 to go. Think that I will be able to survive till next Wednesday where the holiday starts! Lots of things-to-do in my mind, but it have to wait till next week.

Anyway, here’s some update for the past week. Well, I’m not going to talk about the papers since what it's over.

Met up with James on Tuesday for dinner when I was looking around at stuff at Popular. Bought a lot of drinks from NTUC too. 6 litres in total, 2 litres of fruit juice, 2 litres of honeydew syrup and 2 litres of nutri-soy. Interesting day.

For yesterday, met up with Pei Ying near my house area after the exams (and 1^st time meeting her after her car accident) and accompanied her to Braddell where we ate KFC. Well, Yuan Ling joined a little later and Pei Ying left for CG. During this period of time, shopped around Watson’s and catch up a bit.

To make the long story short, Jia Ming, Pei Ying, along with James came and grabbed some things to eat at Lorong 5 market. Before I know it, it’s like 1 plus am that I reached home.

As for today, met up with James to study at KFC. Well, it’s better than I thought though since the place was quite empty. What can I say; it’s always enjoyable to hang out with friends. Covered quite a bit here and there, but I won’t say that I’m fully prepared for what’s to come. Who knows what will happen =P

Yuan Ling joined in awhile with her “salty-fish” smelling shirt. Continued to study till around 6 plus pm? I’m not really sure. Went over to the near-by NTUC to settle her “BO” problem with the tester perfumes at the shelves. Lol, even after that, I guess that the perfume couldn’t really overpower the “salty-fish”, so you should know what I mean =S

After that, we went down to Dhobby Ghaut for some arcade session. Played some rounds of drum and guitar but here’s the pros playing:

Before I knew it, it’s like 8 plus pm. Planned to go to the nearest toilet for some relieve and saw Pei Xuan there! Zzz… the girls spend about 10 to 20 minutes in the toilet? Diao* Anyway, got nothing to do so James and me hid behind the pot of plants for fun:

Pei Xuan left for her chalet thingy while we walked down to Far East to fetch Pei Ying. Travelled back to Braddell and continued another round of study. But there’s more to cover for the HBD paper. I’ll do it in the morning (hopefully).

After sending everyone back, on my journey home, it started to rain but still walk-able for me. Guess that it will be another busy “half day” for me. Meeting May Lwin and Jun Long after the exams. Remembering...

Okay, here for a quick update for this blog of mine. Let me start with yesterday.

Met up with James and went to get guitar string since he snap his. So after buying, he bring me to the MacDonald located near Bra Brasah instead of going to the one at Funan IT mall. But it's quite worth it (after the circling around) to reach there since the ambient is pretty good to study and relax. Lol, so I have nothing better to do then to take a picture of the seat:

 

Went back to TPY after that since James have to give tuition at 7.30pm. So I decided to do some revision at the void-deck after seeing him off. Within minutes, he came down because the student was sick, lol~ So while on the short stay there, he drew this with my name as the theme:

Slacked until around 9pm and met up with Jia Ming, Pei Xuan and Pei Ying at Hong Kong Cafe (Yup, hong kong cafe again). Lol, here's a picture taken there:

Okay, this is a bunch of crazy peeps I would say =X Anyway, after the filling "supper" there, we decided to walk back to TPY and on the long walk, we took some more pictures:

Well, I was the first to reach home for once, lol, kinda not used to it. But it's once in awhile so I guess it's okay. Reached home, bathed and Dota-ed before sleeping =S

For today, met up with Pei Xuan at Cafe Cartel to study (after waiting for her to prepare). Haha, lucky for me, I'm good with stoning so time passes rather quickly while waiting for her to get ready. After the study, took train with Pei Xuan to Dhobby Ghaut where she alight for work while I continued to take to Marina Bay and back to TPY since I have time to kill since I'm meeting James at 5pm.

Went back to the Davis Guitar place to get string since he got the wrong one the day before. Fourth for the top, but the person took the fourth from the bottom =S Went to eat KFC with James and headed for home to slack. That's all for now... I'll go mouse-hunting for now (at facebook)...

Start of the 7th month...

Want to put some of my past experiences in words, but it just seems impossible for me to find the right words.


Anyway, Happy Hungry Ghost Festival to all. I'm going to catch some getai after my exams if possible.


Until then... study hard and study smart.

Wars are raging in my head. Have to make it stop.

Night-time study~

Just came back not so long ago from the late-night study at MacDonald. Hmmm, what can I say... managed to cover the "theory" part of the whole ABC thingy but I'm still left with the calculation part. Hmmm, guess I need to kinda speed up a little since I'll be having 4 papers on the 1st week of exams.

Stayed there for at least 3 to 4 hours before heading for home. Oh no, guess that I should avoid going out this often, go out = eat and eat = fat. Zzz... what can I do? It is during the common test that I noticed my weight increased from 55kg to 60kg. I wonder how I weight now =S Lol~

Ate quite a lot at MacDonald, a student meal, a packet of shaker fries and some sweets after that. Hmmm, guess that night time is the time for me to study. Since it quiet and I'm able to focus more at night (or should I say alert?), don't ask me why. Had some funny moments during the stay, shaking the shaker fries together and joked a little. Wonder what I should do later. Zzz... maybe I will stone as usual or just blast my mp3 on the speaker and sing along with it =S Let's see how things go. Just saw an article on yahoo about pandas that might be extinct in 2-3 generation and here's a paragraph I lifted from there:

Lol, I didn't know breeders would resort to this kind of methods... panda porn? Well, it kinda have effect on humans, who knows, maybe it will have effect on the pandas too. That must be what the breeders are thinking =S Is it me, or is the world getting stranger?

Okay... now I will start the official countdown to the final exams (not to mention the semester break)... 7 more days to the first paper and I just started briefly on my revision. Well, before I go into all this stuff, time for some update !

Went to help my ah ma as usual. And just kinda notice how "involve" I'm in this business. Lol... know the cha kway teow uncle and aunt, the soya milk uncle, the fishball noodle aunty and many many more. Haha, maybe I should consider taking over my ah ma's business eh? Lol~

Anyway, met up with Pei Xuan in the afternoon for lunch (well, more of an early dinner) and to do some revision at Bishan's Cafe Cartel. Like the cushion seats in the corner, but it's kinda cramp. Well, the warm water didn't seem to improve, there's the metallic taste and swirling of some layer of thing on top of the water. Guess that it's time to clean the machine for them.

During the 3 hours stay, I managed to cover more than half of the ABC's lecture though I have a little problem with the NMR thingy. But overall, it's quite a good start for the revision and I hope that it will get better !

After the revision, went to shop around with Pei Xuan at Cineleisure and Far East Plaza (to look at her stuff). Jia Ming joined us while we waited for Pei Ying to knock off and had our "supper" at Hong Kong Cafe (again). The stay there was enjoyable, chatted abit and managed to get a free desert (when we were full) after feedback-ing that the food is a bit salty.

Well, since we need to finish the desert, me and Pei Xuan had to play rounds of "scissors, paper, stone" where the winner need to take a scoop of it. In the case of a tie, both of us need to take a scoop each. Lol, so we played until we managed to finish the desert =S (The big winner was Pei Xuan =P) Guess that I'm getting fatter with all these supper and stuff =S (Well, during this period of time, I guess I need quite a lot of energy don't I?)

Hey~ back for another update !

Nothing much happened for these 2 days. Kinda just stayed at home and take some nap (which Pei Xuan say I'm like a pig, keep sleeping) in the afternoon. Just woke up not long ago (like 2020 ?) and my aunt tabao a packet of hokkien noodle for me.

While eating the noodles, a lot of memories just came flooding into my mind. It makes me realise that I've not eaten this for like more that a decade (time flies...) and with this, I also realised that after a few shifting of the dining table, it still remains where it used to be... decade ago. You know... it's like a mental "video cam" playing those scenes all over again. Well, I shan't elaborate though I can still remember it vividly. All I can say that things sure aren't the same like it used to.

This few days...

Okay okay... been kinda lazy for the past few days to blog. Hmmm, where do I start?

Tuesday

Went to school for maths lecture. Decided to go home after the lecture instead of staying in school. But before that, I make a trip to both the school library and TPY library to return my books and borrowed another book from TPY library.

Anyway, met up with the girls at Bishan and walked around. Ate at Cafe Cartel, where the mug they used is so darn dirty ! Stains and things inside... even after 3 changes of the cups, it doesn't seem to get any better. So beware guys, if you go there to eat or something, do look out for the water they serve =S

Went to Pei Xuan's house after that as James need to use internet (his internet thingy was renewing). So we bought cake from Cafe Cartel and ate it there. The girls fall asleep after sometime... guess that it's been a tiring day for them.

Wednesday

Nothing much, went for the NMR revision lecture and Nilar Zhang was talking like a machine gun (during the MCQ part). I guess that she's the only one that has experience in this area. Wonder what is her nationality?

Kinda screwed my last maths quiz since I'm super tired. Was resting on my water bottle while doing the quiz and the teacher told me that I forgot a step (after the quiz). Well, I won't expect a good grade for this quiz.

Thursday

No school. And I did nothing much at home. Took a afternoon nap and woke up to meet Pei Xuan and Pei Ying for dinner after Pei Ying's work. Guess that I was kinda energetic and bored after staying at home for the whole day. We went to Hong Kong Cafe to eat again (Lol, it's seems to be a weekly activity liao), and this manager keep looking at Pei Xuan. So Obvious ! Haha, I even smile at him once when he take another glance at her when he's collecting the bill =P Lol, kinda fun.

Anyway, I saw this on Chi Ying's blog and I decided to rip it =S Here it goes:

Well, I'm left with like a week or less to study. And what's the worst thing... I haven started my revision yet. Oh gosh, I need to do something about it. Who know's... maybe I will go M.I.A again for this few weeks. And come back even fatter =S Lol, I hope not.

A few more months and my birthday is coming ! Time to put some plans into action !

Long day today... went to help my ah ma as usual since it's a public holiday. Zzz... all I can say is that I have not start with my revision ! Oh my gosh ! I need to do something real fast now. Maybe staying back in school tomorrow after maths since I do not have any lessons after that.

Anyway, Pei Ying and James came over to find me after their tuition and we settled down at a void deck where I eat my economic rice while chatting with them. After sending James off, I headed for home with Pei Ying since she's having tuition at my area. So when I reached my void deck, I played with the cat (bad move), where it keep following me for like 10 mins plus? Before I managed to shake it off =S But the cat is a great company, I might add.

Reached home, bathe and slacked awhile (1.5 hours) before meeting Pei Ying and Jia Ming to go Far East Plaza to find skirt. After a bit of walking, we bought the skirt and went back to TPY to get some things. Zzz... did I say, I'm looking at watches? Hmmm, saw quite a few nice one... lol... maybe can consider buying eh?

Reached Lorong 8 where Jia Ming treated us to eat zi cha while James treated the drinks. Lol, the uncle selling the water is so cute. Lol, reminds me of one of my K-box colleague. By now, it's like around 5 plus...

After the zi cha, went to Jia Ming's house then waited at Pei Ying's house downstair (both of them went and changed into a more casual wear) and went to Bishan to look for stuff. Pei Xuan joined after she finished her work and had her dinner there (MacDonald). Lol, kind of good today... Lol, didn't really spent a single cents today since even Pei Xuan treated me ice cream. Haha, this must be my lucky day~

Walked home with Jia Ming, Pei Xuan and Pei Ying while James waited for bus. Zzz... guess what? After walking to the next bus stop, 88 came, so Jia Ming and Pei Ying boarded the bus (with James in it) and took off. Leaving me and Pei Xuan to walk home -.-'''

You maybe wondering why there's many Zzz... going around. Since for the past few days, I haven't been sleeping well... not enough sleep and stuff. So I practically like a zombie now... Zzz... less talk for now... Time to sleep ! (Diao... Jia Ming called... gonna chat with him now...) Delay sleep time again~

Hey~ Back for another update for this blog of mine.

Okay, went to meet Jia Ming at night to go find Pei Ying at her workplace, since we were planning to go to the Thomson Prata House to eat. Well, we did a bit of walking around and waited for Pei Ying to knock off. In the meantime, Pei Xuan joined us after she finished her work~

Cabbed down to the Prata House and took quite awhile before they actually clear the table. Zzz... and it's only clear... no wiping away of the curry on the table and stuff -.-''' Well, since they are busy... and the place is like full-house...

Ordered quite a few and it's my treat today. Lol, guess that I'm in a rather good mood today. Just for some reasons, I woke up on the right side of bed. Haha~ We decide do walk home to aid us with digestion, so we walked pass a patrol station and we bought ice cream~ Here's a picture we took:

Hmmm, today is work day. Well, it's kinda empty but definitely busy. It's a on-off thingy. You rest awhile then people come in groups to confuse you. Haha, managed to snap shot a picture of my ah ma's "best friend". Here's the picture:

Well, she's quite a nice lady lah. Just that she like to kajiao my ah ma abit. But I do enjoy seeing that =X It was after work and so I tabao the economic rice for just $2.20 ! And it's 2 meat, 2 vegetable ! Here's a picture:

Eh, see... you literally couldn't see the rice. Haha, quite nice and very filling. Zzz... so I was planning to go for a rest but intstead decided to call Yuan Ling if she wanted to accompany me to Plaza Singapura to look for box to "archive" this semester notes. Haha, even before I started preparing for the exams, I'm already planning about after exams. Hopefully, I won't fail any modules. Must jiayou liao !

So we walked around and played arcade. Zzz... spent the 10 dollar voucher on some other stuff when it can be used for Hong Kong Cafe ! Oh my gosh ! A bit wasted, but afterall, the money doesn't belong to me. So, I just get rid of it as soon as possible.

Went home and tried out the box. It's not even A-4 lor. Zzz... but it's still good enough for me to store my notes. All I need more is to find some space. *My room is in an organised mess now* Haven, been sleeping good for the past few days, gonna turn in early today to replenish myself abit. Monday is holiday and I have to help my ah ma~ =P

N.E celebration

Okay, today was a long day for me, lesson starts at 8am and guess what ? I reached like around 1030am (-.-''') for the Marketing tutorial and begin slacking a bit before going for the N.E rehearsal. Haha, kind of wasting the time a bit there... other than the coming up of question part. Anyway, it was a fun time.

After the rehearsal, we had a little time to spare. So we walked around a little and hang out with the girls in the library, discussing about the peeps in the magazine. Lol, kinda of relaxing since it's different from studying and stuff. Haha, no stress involved =)

After the chat, went for the buffet outside the auditorium and hang out with the class before settling down at a corner. Here's a few shots:

                                                    
Okay, I know that I'm not really good with cam since my hand isn't that stable. Hmmm, or I should say a bit shaky? Lol, all that I need to do is to wait for them to upload the pictures we took with the teachers (especially Dr. Subra), the tall science guru =X

The N.E show started and there's quite a few laughters in the crowds when our video was played. Haha. Anyway, to summarise this real quick, we won the third prize for the thingy while Atiqah and gang won the 1st prize. So, MB0805 managed to swipe the prizes~ Congrats to all !

''(x.x)'' After the event, went over to Yishun with Jia Qi to go visit the fish shop there since I have time to kill. And traveled down to Novena to meet Jun Long and Fang Tan. And on the journey there, I'm so tired that I " black out " twice on the train. So paiseh... so I just keep my eyes closed and pretend nothing happened =S (when actually, one of my leg sudden turned a bit jelly).

Anyway, Fang Tan brought along his girlfriend with him and we went for our dinner at a not nice Chinese-Thai restaurant and the serving of the western food is like o.o when you look at it. Well, was planning to catch a movie at Dhobby Ghaut with them but the slot is almost full for the early show. All that's left was the late night one. So we settled down and chatted a bit before going home.

On the journey back, Jia Ming called and so, I went to join him at Lor 5 market for "supper" and slacked another round before returning home. Spent more than half the day outside plus didn't have enough sleep = disaster. And I have to sell porridge tomorrow ! Zzz... maybe I will sleep after I finished it. Who knows?

Long day...

Well well, back again for another blogging session... let me start from tuesday =)

Was walking around with Pei Ying since she finished her tuition near my house. So she called, and we went to eat dinner. So when we are walking around, we walked pass the library and this is what we saw:

Yup, a group of people exercising in public ! Haha, mostly uncles and aunties. Well, saw a few that look kind of awkward in the positions. Guess that this must be a pretty rare sight to see since we see an caucasian taking pictures and pictures of them exercising -.-''' 

Anyway, walked home after that and I don't remember what I did... =X

Today

Zzz... was late for the revision lecture but I guess that the clues isn't that obvious compared to the ones given by Vanaja for her modules. Anyway, there's still a rough idea of what kind of questions we will be dealing with in the exams.

Well, after my maths tutorial, went to the auditorium for the N.E rehearsal. Super surprisingly, went I walked into the hall, it's showing our group's video. So I could feel myself burning a little since it's very pai seh (even with small amount of people). So I wonder how I would react when it's the actual day itself =S

After that, went to Orchard to wait for Pei Xuan to arrive. So in the meantime, I went to Kinokuniya to look at books (new age columns). Well, spent the rest of the day walking around, shopping with her and did some chatting too. 

After Pei Ying finishes her work, we went to Cineleisure to eat Hong Kong Cafe where Jia Ming joined us around 10 plus 11? We begin walking to Clarke Quay and we settled at the Yellow Jello Retro Pub where there's a live band performing.

Well, I would say that they are definitely about average but I find that the keyboardist and even the guitarist maybe a better singer than the female lead singer. Ambiance is okay. We shared a jug of what looks like blue coral (since it's blue), but of course, there's a little liquor. People reading this... DRINKING IS BAD ! =P Well, but in moderation and it's a once in a blue moon thingy... It's okay ! *Hehe* Here's a picture:

Reaching home at around 3am... and after bathing, did my part of the report and sent to ST. Haha, now I'm left with Marketing E-case and HACCP report. Well, that's pretty much I can say... (quite summarised liao)

Slacking at school...

Well well... finally able to upload some pictures. It's been so long ! Haha, anyway, I've limited time now (lesson starting in less than 20 mins). Here's a quick update on yesterday.

Hmmm, late for practical as usual. Haha, somehow, I've enough time to prepare and stuff, but I just kinda going a bit slow with my movements nowadays. Anyway, was super nervous for the practical test. And I did something wrong with the pipette. Zzz... during the practical I was so nervous that I can feel my ears burning. More or less, I think that I've screwed myself up a little...

After the practical test, joined Kenny and ST to go north side to pluck some flowers call montana or something. Anyway, it's kind of more relaxing compare to the test. You know... the natural thingy and stuff. Haha, so we decided to take some photos during this session of flower plucking:

It always enjoyable doing something like this. Lol, anyway, both of them go bitten by ants and stuff but I didn't ! Haha, maybe I have some kind of immunity against them or ants don't like me =P

Well, walked home from school with ST after going to eat and the library. It's such a tiring journey and plus the weight of my bag? Zzz... anyway, I reached home at my estimated time: 1830. On the journey, a car horned at me... so I looked up and saw my 2nd aunt =.=''' (Well, I was kinda engrossed in reading a book I borrowed from the school library...)

Somewhere in last week... chatted with Joli where I know from Interpal. Haha, amazing, it's been almost a year since we started chatting. Always like the picture he took... well, he's as old as me. But he lived a rather care-free life. Travelling around and stuff... Here's a picture he took doing his summer vacation with his sis:

Well, a very nice view isn't it? I think that it's taken in some part of Finland (which I forgot). I wonder if there's any place like this in Singapore? =S (I doubt so...)

Anyway, I think that I will be skipping lesson on Thursday since it's an hour (if I remember correctly). So maybe I can go to the beach during wednesday night or something to clear my mind. Well, all this is still in uncertainty... Till then...

Today...

Okay, here for a really summarised update.

Didn't went out on saturday. Practically, slept my whole day through =S

Well, today, met up with Yuan Ling after her service and walked around TPY to hunt for my shirt. But sadly, didn't find the one I want (though there's a red shirt that's quite okay...). So we practically covered the whole of central, Popular, X-Zone, NTUC, Bubble Tea Shop.

Well, guess that it's just not really a good day for shopping eh =S Anyway, I did managed to get a shaver for myself. The battery-operated one doesn't seem to be doing a very good job. Haha, so I guess it's worth the money to invest in a $12 shaver eh?

Anyway, things didn't happen as expected. But it's all cool, expect the unexpected =P Well, was not feeling very well at the start of the day. Had a rather bad headache and stuff, but it gotten better as it approaches the afternoon.

Well, tomorrow is the big day. Practical test... and I'm so not ready for it =S Anyway, I maybe MIA-ing for awhile. Since there's around 3 weeks before the final examination and there's still quite a lot of stuff to be done. Maybe I should get done and over with it and start my revision asap.

Hmmm, haven been feeling good... maybe I'm deprived of vitamin L, hahaha~ Come on people, I need some lovin' =P
