... and I'm getting lazy to update this blog of mine. By the way... Happy Lunar New Year to all ! Well, been quite busy shopping for new year clothes for a few days and I would say not bad to myself since I manage to get quite a lot of things within my $200 budget; a pair of shoes, a pair of jeans, 2 shorts and 5 shirts. Hahaha, not bad right?

Tuesday

Shopping was quite disastrous for me... spent a lot of time walking around (I think I walk from 313 to Ion, back and forth at least 4 or 5 times), lol... kinda lost and had no idea what to buy. Anyway, met up with Pei Ying after that to have my dinner (and first meal) at Hong Kong Cafe... which I ate with James just the day before, lol~

Wednesday

Met up with Pei Xuan, James, Pei Ying and Jia Ming for a dinner at a korean restaurant; Kim's Family Food. Not bad,quite worthy, around $20 for each person and there's a lot of side dishes (13, if I remember correctly). We also had sho-jiu which the smell reminds me of the alcohol that I put for my piercings, hahaha~

After that, we headed over to Udder and had some ice cream before heading back. After Pei Ying and Jia Ming left, the 3 of us walked around Toa Payoh to aid with the digestion and before we knew it, we cabbed down to Ang Mo Kio's K-box to sing =S Here's a picture of it:

        

Not bad, we sang from 11pm till closing and cabbed home (Okay, now my pocket got a hole now from all the spending) only to find out later that Pei Xuan forgot to take her retainer when she left... Zzz...

Thursday

Home day. Practically stayed in the house for the entire day and decided to cook something:

 Yup, these unhealthy food is what I ate for lunch. Love the fries since it's done in the way that my ah ma used to do when she was selling western food, hahaha~

Friday

Woke up early and helped out at the stall before heading back home to have a break. Well, was kinda rushing since my plan got delayed (planned to go Bugis at a earlier time, but was finding for my "missing" ez-link card which was in my bag all along -.-'''). But I still managed to get the jeans and shorts.

After that, rushed to school and I'm half and hour late. Haha, don't think I missed anything important. After school, along with ST and Jia Qi, we went to AMK to have dinner at the hawker center. It was quite hilarious when a few peeps started yelling "boy boy..." So we blur blur turn around and noticed the aunty was holding a water bottle which belongs to Jia Qi.

NTUC was the next stop... ST wanted to buy things but turn out, I'm the one that spent money again (4 pairs of socks for $6.80 only). Guess that I was pretty tired and I turn in like around 11pm =S

Saturday

Porridge-selling day... well, was super busy. People crowding around but for some reasons, they are more organised compared to the past; they lined up instead of the usual "show-and-go" pattern. Well, if you don't know what "show-and-go" means... it's like the regulars will normally walk pass the stall and signal you (via tapping, eye contact, blah blah...) and you have to know the order they want (the type of meat... want this, don't want that... all these).

Well, sometimes I wonder why my ah ma is still working so hard... for money? Cause at one point of time, it seems like she obsessed with earning more money and want to cook more (that's when my 2nd aunt say shes's siao, lol)... How do I phase it...?

Went over to arcade and headed for a rest after that. Woke up and noticed that it's 7 plus pm. So I bathe, and headed to AMK to met up with James and Yuan Ling to catch Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief:

 Nice show *Thumbs up* and quite a good plot. Lots of mythical creatures though I expect to see Cerberus (you know, the 3 headed-dog) when they travel to the underworld, but it turn out to be hell hounds -.-'''

Anyway, walked back and "toured" around Bishan before heading to Braddell Mac for supper.

Heyhey~ Back for another update. It's been like 2 weeks since I last updated my blog and that's quite a few happening during this period of time.

             

Caught the Tooth Fairy and I think that it's quite a interesting movie, this movie features Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock (Finally... The Rock has come back~) as the tooth fairy. Definitely worth watching =)

Interesting plot and there's still so much movie that I wanna catch; Alice in Wonderland and some other movie that I can't remember the title =S

Well, in the weekend, I also manage to watch Saw 6 online~

Witty plot and interesting storyline, which links all the way from Saw 1 to Saw 6. Can't wait for Saw 7~

During this 2 weeks, went to K-Box for 3 times and totally sang my heart out. Think I'm getting a hang of singing without the analog though I still can't catch some of the rhythm of the songs. Hahaha~ 

Well, before I need it, Chinese New Year is around the corner (time for shopping!)~ Guess that it will not be a joyous one since exams is like after CNY and I will be having a exam marathon for the 1st week... Zzz...

Oh ya! 海派甜心 ended... don't really like the ending, Haha~ Now I'm like looking for the novel of it. Hehe, maybe it's time to brush up my chinese liao =S

Anyway, let's talk about today bah. Poster presentation. Well, wasn't really quite involved in the Q&A part (God bless, haha) and basically spent half of my day waiting... BUT~ lucky for us, the people from Food Science is also having an exhibition and we did get to try quite a few munch munch; good one and some not so good one.

Haha, seeing the people doing all the kitchen stuff remains me of the fun I had during Home Economics during secondary school and had this thought; "Ah, I wonder how I would fare if I'm in FS?" Anyway, I think that our group's presentation is like the fastest (wonder if it's a good or bad thing).

Well, managed to get the formal wear (basically the whole set) just yesterday... Met up with James in the morning and went to Lavender to do this passport renewal and walked our way to Bugis, ate at hawker centre and slacked at the MacDonald before going to shopping (since shopping centre open at only 10 or 11am).

So we hunted for the wears and I try like 5 or 6 pants before finally deciding on which one to buy (this is just like the pants part... still got the shoes part). All in all, I spent like $150 on that =S Well... I guess it's worth it.

Well, and before I know it, it's 12.55pm and I'm still at Bugis (I got lesson on 1pm)! So we took train and I decided to go home first to put down the stuff before going to school via taxi -.-''' Was 30 minutes late and AK said that my clock is 30 minutes late, lol~

Well well, back to today... after the presentation, met up with Pei Ying to have my first meal of the day and walked around before meeting up with James and travelled down to Ion Orchard to find some b'day present.

Afterwhich, we went over to Novena and headed towards Udder, a ice cream shop. Quite a lot of variety and I tried 2 of the liquor ice cream (James treated); Tira-miss-you and other one is with bourbon (forgot the name). I would say the liquor is quite strong, next time I should just stick with my vanilla ice cream =S

Super tired... time to sleep~
