Yo! It's been 10 days since I last posted... hehe... seeing so many people updating their blog makes me also wanna update mine, =P

First of all... day 2 of fyp... managed to finish the risk assessment thingy. All I need to do now is to print and get it signed (provided they don't find any error in the papers) before we can start doing any lab work. Well, pretty much know what we are going to do for the following 2 days since the DT will be attending some workshop or something and we are going to do sand-blasting~

Sounds interesting? Well, we are just going to scratch some surface with sandpaper (manually). Hahaha, don't know what I can say and what I can't yet, guess I'll have to wait for Dr. Mao to come back.

Anyway, during this 10 days, did quite a bit of jogging (as compared to normal) and I guess that all I need to train now is endurance. Well, the 1 week holiday was pretty well-spent... managed to isolate myself for around 1 to 2 days, de-clutter my mind, "defragment" my little brain and just simply lazed around (pretty hard for me to find time to do that now).

Okay, back for another update after 3 weeks of absence and the first thing I wanna say is "The exam is over !" Woohoo~ can start relaxing abit already.

Anyway, let me give you a quick summary of what had happen during this period of time...

Chinese New Year was as usual... stayed at home since my house have been the HQ for visitation for almost 10 years (ever since my ah ma moved in with us) and everything is still the same. Anyway, I'll let the picture do some talking =X

Of course Chinese New Year is not all fun and game... you need to answer the standard questions relatives will ask for every year; "What you doing now?", "Got girlfriend?'' and so on and so forth. Zzz... totally no comments.

Well, met up with James one night and begin revising for some exams:

Hmmm, what can I say? It's hard for me to find an environment that is suitable for studying. Only after 12am (earliest) will I be able to start any revision since my aunty will be blasting the TV... How loud is the blasting? You can hear the TV from the corridor even though the door is closed, that's how long it is, haha~

After CNY, the egg-seller gave my ah ma these gigantic eggs (well, I guess as a kind of CNY gift or something) which has 2 yolks in it! I wonder how they do it...

Let me give you a summary of the papers I took:

Biostatistics - Zzz... maths, never been my forte and for some reasons, the exams and textbooks always look so different -.-'''

Immunology - 1 hours paper, quite do-able since the tips did came out and I did use some brain cells to memorise a few points. Should be fine...

Medical Microbiology - Okay okay... there's a few questions that are similar in the past year paper and did also work on the tips that the lecturer gave.

Bioinformatics - A paper where you don't know where to start revising. Since I know I pass this paper for sure... it's only a matter of how well I do or score, haha. So I was a bit slacking on this one.

BPT - 1 of the 2 paper that I fear the most. Went to school early and did some revision and the paper wasn't as hard as I imagined. Hahaha~

Marketing - Remembered stuff that's related to section C only and just do the rest of the paper based on what I remember or know while I'm sitting in the lecture. Should be okay bah~

Mol Gen - My mind suddenly went blank on the punett square question but managed to recall it when the time is almost up. A few terms here and there that I'm not so certain of, but have impression of it. So basically, I came up with some stuff that I think makes sense to it, hahaha~

P Tech - The 2nd paper that I fear the most. Did a lot of drawings and spend quite some time trying to understand the italian english. And you know what? There's 5 or 6 questions and the 1st question took up to almost 50 marks, that's like (O.o)

P Tech wasn't that back considering the fact that I slept all the way till morning when I'm supposed to studying in the wee hours. Hahaha, anyway... Happy Birthday Pei Xuan~

Anyway, after the exams, me, Jia Qi, Shaun and Kenny headed to The Cathay to catch "Alice In Wonderland":

Considering the commotion and stuff... I would say that it is a bit overrated but still worth the watch especially the funny fat twins. Hahaha~ And for as long as I can remember, no one that I asked can give me the answer to this question... "What's the name of the girl in The Wizard Of Oz ?" And the answer is Dorothy -.-''' For some reasons; always confuse these 2 story together.

Well, after the movie, we did a lot of walking and I mean A LOT; from Dhoby Ghaut walk all the way to Bugis where we continued to walk around iluma, sim lim square and even went to Laselle's library~ Got to say that they have the books that I want or I'm looking for in the library (but it's usually not available). Interesting place... maybe I can plan to do some exploration during my 1 week of holiday? Hmmm...

After a lot of walking, we settled down to have steamboat and ate for 3 hours (the last 30 to 45 mins was looking at Jia Qi chiong-ing the prawns and stuff while we were like drinking water).

And after the steamboat, we walked back to Dhoby Ghaut and down to Orchard -.-''' (Long long distance I tell you) Well, walked around and actually can't remember much because of the glucose rush from the waterchest nut drinks that we kept drinking. Hahaha~

Headed back for home for a shower before meeting up with Pei Ying to chat for quite sometime before heading home.

Friday is another long day. Met up with ST and been listening to his ideas and stuff for hours before we headed to town to look for his stuff and did another round of walking about. And I can't belive he got a shaver + gel + a free water bottle for just $13.90 when the price tag shown $17.90. Too bad they only have a set left.

Anyway, after the shopping around, we headed to Novena's Hk cafe for dinner (his treat, hahaha~) and went to Udder for ice cream after that .And before I knew it... it's 9pm. Time flies~

As of today... guess I'm tired from all the walking around from the previous days, so I literally knocked out after coming back for my ah ma's stall and slept all the way. Long day tomorrow... and another long day for the day after tomorrow... so I guess my official holiday starts on Tuesday then...
